How long does it take to get set up?
You can create a marina profile and map the first berths in one guided session. Publishing becomes available once the required details, location, photo and approved mapped berth are ready.
Can I use my existing payment processor?
Berth Manager uses Stripe Connect for secure online checkout and direct marina payouts. Other payment gateways are not currently advertised as supported.
What technical support is available?
The help center and email support are available from every account. We do not advertise response-time guarantees that are not part of an agreed service contract.
Does it work for multiple locations?
Yes — our Enterprise tier is purpose-built for port authorities and marina groups managing multiple geographic sites.
