How do I book a berth?

Search for a marina, choose your dates, pick an available berth on the interactive map, then confirm your details and pay securely. You'll receive a confirmation with your booking reference instantly.

How do marinas get paid?

Marina owners connect a Stripe account. When a boater pays, funds are transferred directly to the marina minus DockSpot's small platform fee. Payouts follow your Stripe schedule.

Can I cancel a booking?

Cancellation terms are set by each marina. Open your booking from My Bookings to see the policy, or contact the marina directly.

How do I list my marina?

Create a marina account, then use the 5-step wizard to add your details, map your berths, set pricing and publish. It takes about 10 minutes.
